SUP Yoga Energy Flow
Start your weekend off with a SUP yoga energy flow. We will be using the breath to guide us through a series of vital poses that will keep you feeling active and empowered.
The emphasis on this class is moving through fluid movements using our breath to guide us. Sun Salutations and standing postures will be our primary focus.
This is a fun and invigorating way to stay fit and energized just in time for the weekend.
SUP Yoga Serenity Flow
Enjoy the calming morning waters with a gentle SUP Yoga flow sequence. We will focus on finding the connection between our breath, mind, and body.
The emphasis in this class is a gentle flow with very few, if any, standing postures. It’s a time to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of nature.
Perfect class for beginners or anyone looking to de-stress.
This class is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
Sunset SUP Yoga
Come join us for an evening of pure bliss as we float under the picturesque skies and move through gentle poses that will release stress and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
This class will have emphasis on conscious breathing, stretching and slow fluid movements, with a primary focus of releasing tension and rejuvenating our bodies.
This class is open to ALL LEVELS and is aimed towards anyone looking to relax after a long month of work and /or daily responsibilities.
Private SUP Lessons
Being on a paddle board requires a deep focus of the mind and body. We offer private group and individual lessons that teach the basics of getting on and off a paddle board, proper stroking methods, general safety, and fun! It will assist you in building balance and stability, while also providing you with a whole-body work out.
Your muscles and core are constantly being used and engaged. You will learn to be in the present moment and will fully appreciate what nature and your body have to offer. Being out in natural surroundings while energizing your body is very invigorating to your mind, body, and soul.
Private Group SUP Yoga Class
We are now OPEN for reservations for private groups - bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, team building, staff appreciation, etc. You tell us the celebration, we will do the rest!
If you have a cottage, live at a lake, have a pond or body of water, we can come to you. Not to worry if you don't, we have a private location in the North Durham Region where we would love to host your group.
LIMITED Weekends available for private bookings, Weekday/evening spots available upon request.
Prices varies on location, date/time and group size.

Boards and necessary equipment are provided.
Regular Scheduled SUP Yoga Classes must have a minimum of 3 participants for a class to run.
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund and/or credit. Same-day cancellations and/or no shows will not be offered a make-up class or refund. If classes are cancelled due to weather or water conditions, a full refund will be offered.
