We recommend registering in advance. Classes will be cancelled two hours prior to class if there is not a minimum of 2 participants registered.

We will keep registration open until class starts if the minimum has been met.

Slow Flow with Cindy ~ 6:15pm to 7:15pm (NEW CLASS + TIME)

Sweat, Sculpt + Stretch with Cindy ~ 7:30pm-8:30pm

Gentle Hatha Flow with Carly ~ 9:00am-10:00am

Flex'A'Bility Freedom with Carly ~ 10:15am-11:00am

Power Vinyasa with Katie ~ 12:00pm-12:50pm (class runs until May 14th)

Move + Be Still with Cindy ~ 7:30pm-8:30pm
