Prepare to reconnect and ground in these classes. We will use our breath to guide use through a gentle yoga flow practice. There will be a strong emphasis on the use of our breath and finding that mind body connection. These classes are geared towards all levels. Modifications will also be shown in an effort to keep these suitable for everyone.

Restorative yoga is a practice that encourages us to slow down and tune inwards. These classes will guide you to find peace and calm while relaxing our nervous system. Classes generally include meditations, gentle massages, inspiration readings and all the support you need to relax and unwind. Enjoy receiving the pose rather than doing, while being fully supported by many comforting props.

This class will be focused on energizing and uplifting us just in time to head into the weekend! Modifications will be shown to keep this class suitable for all levels.

These classes are aimed to reset and stimulate the flow of energy as our bodies can become stagnant and full of accumulated toxins, especially during the last few months where are regular routines have been off kilter and a lot more time has been spent at home.
With the use of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls we will provide ourselves with a deep tissue massage through out the body, helping to release the toxins and stimulate our immune system. Following up with support from our restorative yoga props, we will revitalize and rejuvenate ourselves both physically and mentally.
These classes will leave you feeling energized from the inside out.
This is a 4-week program where each week we will focus on different parts of the body with the use of the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls.

Meditation is an essential tool for our mental health and well being. It’s a great way to help anchor you while bringing clarity and presence into the moment. Whether it be a guided meditation, movement meditation, mala bead meditation, etc. attending these classes will you provide you with a quiet space to reconnect.
