Join Diane Gardilcic from She Talks with Angels and Carly Smith from Strong Roots Yoga for Waves of Tranquility - an evening of SUP Yoga and Sound Healing in Uxbridge, ON! Immerse yourself in the peaceful waters as you practice gentle yoga on a stand-up paddleboard, surrounded by nature's serenity. Let the soothing sounds of healing instruments guide you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Date: Tuesday June 23rd, 2026 Time: 6:15pm to 7:30pm (arrival 6:00pm) Location: Private Location (Uxbridge/Sunderland Borderline) Address to be Provided upon booking. Come experience the unique blend of yoga, water, and sound therapy in this one-of-a-kind event. No experience with SUP Yoga or Sound Healing is necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with yourself and the elements. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon! CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY No refunds and/or credits will be issued if cancelled after June 18th. No refunds and/or credits will be provided for missed session. Refunds will be issued if cancelled due to weather and reasons out of our control.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to each workshop, event, series and training in question, as cancellation policy differs for each one. Regular Scheduled In-Studio Classes can be cancelled up to 2-hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours. Please be mindful when entering and exiting studio of noise, as wellness services may be taking place in our Wellness Room. We appreciate your cooperation at keeping this a peaceful and serene environment for everyone! PARKING Please park at either the arena or on River St. Both are under a minute walk to the studio. Please don't park out front and/or at side of building, unfortunately these are designated spots for other tenants and you will be asked to moved.
