This class will aim to focus on improving your physical strength, mobility/flexibility & stability, as well as strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Through functional movement, and the use of props, this class is suitable for all levels and modifications are always offered.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to each workshop, event, series and training in question, as cancellation policy differs for each one. Regular Scheduled In-Studio Classes can be cancelled up to 2-hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours.
