This class will aim to focus on improving your physical strength, mobility/flexibility & stability, as well as strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Through functional movement, and the use of props, this class is suitable for all levels and modifications are always offered.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to each workshop, event, series and training in question, as cancellation policy differs for each one. Regular Scheduled In-Studio Classes can be cancelled up to 2-hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours. Please be mindful when entering and exiting studio of noise, as wellness services may be taking place in our Wellness Room. We appreciate your cooperation at keeping this a peaceful and serene environment for everyone! PARKING Please park at either the arena or on River St. Both are under a minute walk to the studio. Please don't park out front and/or at side of building, unfortunately these are designated spots for other tenants and you will be asked to moved.
