Flex'A'Bility Freedom
Service Description
One of the biggest misconceptions of yoga is you need to be flexible to come, when in fact, you come to yoga and become more flexible, mind + body. In this 45 min class we will focus on stretching and lengthen different parts of our body, while using our breath to guide us. Props will be provided to help support us as we move through our tighter and more stubborn areas (which can be different for each of us) as the saying goes, we bend so we don’t break.

Cancellation Policy
Please refer to each workshop, event, series and training in question, as cancellation policy differs for each one. Regular Scheduled In-Studio Classes can be cancelled up to 2-hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours.
