Service Description

During this 4-Week Series we will cover the following: 💦 Board + Water Safety 💦 SUP Essentials 💦 Tips and Tools to get the most of your practice on the board 💦 Weekly SUP Yoga Classes 💦 Final week will include a paddle on the lake followed by a blissful SUP Yoga class. NOTE: Each session is 1 hour long, with the exception of our last class which will run approx. 2 hours. SUP yoga is a great way to challenge your practice whether as an experienced yogi or someone with little to no experience. Come build on your strength, balance, focus + confidence with others looking to do the same, while surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. There really is no words to express this experience, it’s something I highly recommend you try for yourself! Series starts Sunday July 7th at 12:00pm. Reserve your board today, Space is LIMITED! Classes are held in North Durham Region, just 12 min. outside of downtown Sunderland off a private dock. Address will be provided upon registration. Boards and all necessary equipment are provided. CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds and/or credits will be provided after June 30th or for any missed classes.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to each workshop, event, series and training in question, as cancellation policy differs for each one. Regular Scheduled In-Studio Classes can be cancelled up to 6-hours in advance. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 6 hours.
