Join us in the beautiful flower fields at White's Creek Flower Farm in Beaverton, Ontario for a unique blissful experience. All yoga classes are a gentle flow and are geared towards all levels.
Stay after class on select days to pick your own mason jar flower bouquet for an extra fee, once flowers are available for picking.

Looking for a fun and invigorating way to stay fit and restore this Summer?! Come aboard our floating yoga studio.
We take the practice of Yoga out of the studios and into the waters - letting the board become your new yoga mat. SUP Yoga will not only strengthen and tone your core but will improve your balance and stability, help to build focus and bring a deep awareness to your breath, mind and body.
Combining your breath and movement in a natural landscape, with the sky above you, water flowing beneath you, and the sounds and sights of wilderness around you can certainly provide an amazing sense of calm and joy!
Private classes and/or lessons are also open for reservations.

Yoga for Brain Injury Healing & Preventative Care
Our brains are the most complex organ in our bodies and well probably the Universe. It has approximately 100 billon neurons and provides our memories, thoughts, actions and feelings. It is delicate and beautiful and we need to take extra special care of it.
Being someone who has dealt with the effects from a brain injury and concussion symptoms, I have a real understanding of just how fragile this little intricate jelly organ is. Yoga and Mindfulness was a main tool that helped me deal with post concussion syndrome and continues to do so today.

We scope out the best and most unique locations to help you connect while at calm + peace. Each retreat is specifically designed to enhance our overall well being and health.
