I Am Aligned - Energetic Workshop
with Taylor'd to Nature
Sunday, October 1st ~ 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Strong Roots Yoga and Paddle Boarding Wellness Studio
This workshop has been created in order to provide knowledge and empowerment to guests while they learn about the bodies main energy centers also known as Chakras.
This unique workshop offers a fresh perspective on how to take control and understand why you may also feel blocked in certain aspects of your life.
Guests will be given a 7 piece chakra gemstone set with a journal and a pen to take down any notes throughout the learning portion of the workshop. We will then shift into a visualization meditation where attendees will be guided on a personal journey throughout the chakras.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided and there will be a washroom at the studio available for use.

Extra Details on the workshop & your host:
Taylor is a Usui Reiki Practitioner and has been hosting energetic workshops within the community for the past 2 years. She has shared her story and these teachings with hundreds of guests and clients. The teachings shared have personally impacted Taylor’s life in a positive way while she continues to navigate life through a diagnosed chronic disability.
Learning about the 7 chakras has allowed Taylor to navigate through a physical and mental illness with strength. She is motivated to share her story and teachings of energetic empowerment in hopes to positively impact the lives of others in the same way it did for her.
“We all go through situations that we can carry throughout our lives, both positive and negative. Understanding how to bring intentional awareness and release to these centers can be a game changer. It can change our lives for the better” - Tay

Not only will you receive all the wonderful benefits of restorative yoga + meditation, you will also receive the most amazing physical and mental benefits of the Holistic Salt Therapy and Cave.

Salt Caves have many healing properties and energies. The negative ions that are present in the room help to naturally draw out toxins and bacteria’s from our body. It can help to alleviate many different ailments such as reducing inflammation, clearing our airways and helping to eliminate bacteria in our sinuses and lungs. It can also help to lower stress, regulate our nervous system and so much more. I’ve said it plenty before, but I’ll continue to say it again and again, as it is definitely one of my favourites - it gives you break from the external world and all the stimuli that comes along with it.
Classes are held once a month. Registration is open for classes from Sept-Dec 23.
September 24th, October 22nd, November 19th & December 17th
Registration is per class. Space is LIMITED.

Yoga Nidra
with Hayley Whetham
NEW DATES COMING SOON...
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice which takes place while you rest in a supported Savasana (lying down on your back). In this practice you will be guided, and encouraged, to become aware of the different layers of your own being. These layers include our physical bodies, breath, beliefs & opinions, and the sense of our own existence. As we become aware of these layers of being we simultaneously begin to travel, as awareness, through different states of consciousness. This promotes deep relaxation and restoration.
So much so that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be the equivalent of a 2 hour nap!

Yoga Nidra is especially beneficial for those who are looking to form a deep connection with their most true selves, and those who are looking to cultivate a better way of relating to both external and internal experiences.

If you want to connect with your True Self, through a restorative practice, Yoga Nidra might be just what you are looking for!
